Terrible experience, general manager or service manager was supposed to contact me and they never did. Multiple times they tried sending me home with summer tires during the winter season because they ordered the wrong tire. Mind you this wasn’t an isolated incident they did this multiple times. Brought my car in late Saturday afternoon with an emergency issue. Luckily, I was received by Brandon D. in the Service Dept. I was stressed and upset...why was this happening to my new car? Why was this happening to me? Why was this happening now? Little did I know that I was wasting my time worrying about it, because I was in very good hands when I pulled my car into that service bay. The literal most chaotic service, to the point where it is beyond your worst imagination. I had 4 different service visits to fix a broken sensor on my new car, and only on the 4th visit did it actually get repaired. The first time the part was unavailable, but they waited all weekend to communicate that and held my car. The 2nd time they said the part was there, held my car again all weekend, and then said "sorry, computer system must have been down, the part isn't here".
