quick and efficient
Terrible experience, general manager or service manager was supposed to contact me and they never did. Multiple times they tried sending me home with summer tires during the winter season because they ordered the wrong tire. Mind you this wasn’t an isolated incident they did this multiple times. This dealership service center does not care about safety and that is very troubling. On top of that when I called them out on it they would just get defensive and lie to me. Friendly and experienced salesman Keithan spent exceptional time with me . He understood the vehicle that I was interested in and brought out 2 for me to compare . The managers John and Will were just as friendly, respectful and professional as well. They came right to my price point which I am grateful for .
Outstanding experience, sales person was exceptional.
