Kristen is always pleasant and communicative on what is occurring with my vehicle. She makes sure I am aware of what is needed and is honest about when I need action taken. I enjoy coming to Causeway.
Service tech was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Courteous and had my car out in time.

09/22/2025: Several years back, we purchased a new 2020 CRV from Causeway Honda. We travel there for oil changes and other maintenance. Their service department is very well operated with an easy drive-up entrance. There is free coffee, TV and clean rest rooms. IMO, they make the entire process easy.
