I am visiting LBI from Maryland for a few weeks. And somehow managed to kill a battery. It was so dead, a jump would not work. I had the car towed to Causeway Honda, expecting I would need at minimum a new battery. And maybe even an alternator. (cha ching) They were able to look at my car within hours of it arriving. And found the battery and alternator to be fine. It just needed a good charge. And much to my surprise.....they evaluation and the charge was all done at no charge ! Kudos to this great team !! We bought our Honda CRV at Causeway and always have our maintenance/repairs done there. The service is excellent. Our service advisor Kristin is awesome - she clearly explains whatever issues the CRV has and the costs involved. Kristin is pleasant and makes sure everything is done correctly.
