I was using the same Ford/Lincoln dealership for 30 years. I'm so happy and satisfied that I switched to Causeway!!! Should have done it a lot sooner!!! Sean was extremely professional. The whole team was great!!! Thank You for my new Lincoln!!!! Fast forward to july 8th,2025 and my new bronco ! My 3rd car in 3. Yrs!! Chris and his whole team in service did a outstanding job switching my hard top to soft top. Also installed ford aftermarket parts. 5 stars.
Awful customer service on the service side..dropped the truck off Thursday night for a Friday 8am appointment for a leak. Not one response until I called Saturday morning where they proceeded to say they squeezed me in but didn’t look at it. Huh I didn’t asked to get squeezed in. Was supposed to get a call back Saturday to get a status update of course I didn’t. Don’t make an appointment if you’re not looking at it. Nothing Saturday.
