The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they accommodate my me when I need last minute appointments. They are extremely reliable. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. . One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible.
