Cherny was highly unprofessional in scheduling my cataract surgery and 'flying the coop' at the time with nil explanation, or future planning for my surgery. The office staff indicated weeks/months later that they were still unaware of a reason for his absence or a plan for his return. Disappointment is an understatement of how I felt following this doctor's lack of professional behaviour, given the promise and expectation upon initial meeting. anabsconded at the time
Botched cataract surgery, Rushed to eye and ear hospital. Now blind in one eye. Much pain and discomfort. Cant drive, read etc... Have to wait 2 months for corrective surgery. by another practice. Charged me $1100 for incomplete operation. Refusing to reimburse for extra out of pocket costs. BE WARE!!!

Dr Mark Cherny is an excellent surgeon. Could not be happier with the result of my recent cataract surgery done in my right eye. Pain and discomfort free experience with excellent vision post surgery. The staff were very pleasant and helpful too. Highly recommended.
