I Called them up to see about getting service for a spider problem at my property that had been vacant for a number of years and they were able to get me on the schedule the very same day. The technician/owner answered all of my questions and was very helpful in educating me on what we were dealing with and the best course of action. We had a squirrel manage to get into our furnace flue on the roof and wound up stuck just above the furnace itself. Ian arrived exactly when he said he would and actually removed some ductwork and took it outside with the squirrel inside of it. He re-installed everything as it was and at a very reasonable price. We could not be more pleased with their service

When I had a squirrel in my attic, Ian and his team responded very quickly and professionally to my call. He came same day, identified the problem, did a thorough inspection of the property and entry points, and proposed and explained a comprehensive plan to resolve the issue. Really positive experience in the midst of an unnerving pest situation!
