This company is absolutely amazing, about 10 days ago I noticed 1 or 2 yellow jackets in my house each day and not sure where they were coming from. Then I noticed that the seal from my air conditioner into my house had broken and they decided that would be a great place to make a home. I had a gound hog problem. They took care of the ground hogs and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again if I have another issue with gound hogs.

Ian and his team were AMAZING. My little house in the country had been overrun with chipmunks, several varieties of squirrels, and a big fatty ground hog under the front porch. The little beasties found their way into my walls and crawl space. Ian was, professional, knowledgeable and quite the detective! He presented a plan to assess and take action. All access points sealed. The level of expertise, coupled with surveillance technology and diligence was amazing. I am so happy with this company and highly recommend.

I was referred to Caudill Pest Control LLC and was charged $150 for an inspection. All I wanted were estimates for insulation removal, disinfecting/sanitization and insulation work. After the inspection, I did not hear anything from them for days. I had to email them for the estimates. Just to be given a short answer of overall price no explanation of an actual breakdown of what they saw, what they think I’ll need and why. I had a much better experience with Orkin. This experience was ridiculous and a waste of money.
