Massage is not up to bar, very superficial didn’t feel anything, nor did she ask about what my concerns are. She is always so generous of time and spirit, she really knows her stuff when it comes to skin care. Not just about Caudalie but overall. Her advice is always well thought out and excellent. I had such a great facial here 🧖♀️ Veey relaxing and my skin felt great. It’s in the perfect location too!
My Caudalie order was delivered to the wrong location, and I have a side-by-side photo comparison that clearly shows it was not my door. Despite this proof, customer service refused to help unless I could somehow prove it further. Very disappointed with how a well-known brand handled this , no support, no accountability.
