We ordered a frame on 12/11 to be finished by 12/25 for an X-mas gift. It is now 1/17 and the frame is still not finished, despite the fact that this business has had $150 of our money for over a month now. They're full of excuses, but apparently unable to actually run the business. Unacceptable. Take the time to shop around at other framing shops and simple avoid this place all together.
