Ordered with priority shipping,Only shipped my item after I reached out to them days later. Then only received 1/2 items I ordered. I reached out but Doesn’t seem like they want to help you after they have your money. For reference it order was placed on a Wednesday at 7:00am, with priority shipping. UPDATE- they responded to my review saying it was unfair, but said nothing about my missing item & none of my emails or dms regarding my missing item in my order have been answered.
Don’t trust Igor clearly does bad business . Unfortunately ppl like this ruin the car community
Purchased a custom coilover set up for an e39 M5, and I absolutely love them! Aside from how they looked, they drive amazing. That is backed by a very spirited drive. The staff even went above and beyond and gave me more options allowing me to convert suspension control for different needs, such as (track days, street driving etc). We need more businesses that offer the same quality and the same services (component repairs, replacements, etc.) and this is one of them.
Bought a CA tuned radiator for my E30. Very satisfied with the part. Better than OEM. Thank you Igor for making the order process smooth. Very quick shipping since they are now in Florida.
Want to give a big shout out to CAtuned for solid customer service and communication. Igor and team went above and beyond to help me avoid a ton of research and part sourcing for my s52 build. It’s getting harder and harder to find the actual humans behind online parts ordering these days. CAtuned is one of the real ones and has earned my support and business into the future. 🤙
