Ovi spent a lot of time on both phone and messenger answering my questions rapidly. He allowed me to make a deposit to hold the R.V. because I live 5 hrs. away & couldn't travel to view it in person for a week. He even delivered the R.V. To my home less than 24hrs after purchase. Ovi is very meticulous about his vehicles and spent over an hour showing me all of the functions & amenities of the unit. Great guy!!!
