Great views and still open in this surreal time which is appreciated given the fact that the boardwalks and some parks are closed due to this pandemic. Appreciate having someplace quiet to go walk or run to try to stay healthy and still be able to socially distance myself.

Peace, serenity and a time to relax and recharge.
We live right outside Cattus Island. My wife and I live taking our sons there and have been going there since before they were born. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My sons and I arrived just as the environmental center was closing and my son was audibly upset. The two young women working inside heard his cries, they opened the doors and allowed him in to see the animals. It made his day. This was on August 28 2019. Shout out to these outstanding employees!!
