for the money, okay – First, the location is poor for the average local, but those traveling, great, close to the freeway and the airport. Second; first appearance kinda cool, but good thing the lights are low, would hate to see it bright lit, carpet stuck to my shoes when I walked on it, silerware did not look clean, (Had some sort of film on it, had to polish with napkin before using, (not for the faint hearted)), so check your cutlery. Third; Owner shows no respect for customers, or help, (have heard her dirty loud mouth ... read more

Didn't stay long enough to eat – Stay away. This place is badly run. The tables are packed in as tight as they can be to maximize revenue. The staff are leisurely. After having been seated for ten minutes, a waiter finally wandered over to ask if we were ready to order. Any half-decent establishment gets you drinks right away. He then decided it would be smart to be clever and try to clarify what I meant by a "pitcher" of beer. I'm 43 years old. If I order a pitcher of beer, after being given 10 minutes to examine the menu, ... read more

Great Food, Reasonable Prices – I have found Cattletown Steakhouse a wonderful place to eat and have eaten there many, many times. The Friday night "All You Can Eat" fish fry is excellent for $9.95. Their steaks are juicy and prepared just right. The customer service is very good, wait times are generally short. This restaurant gives a free soda or iced tea to anyone with a current military ID. Each table gets a basket of warm dinner rolls with margarine that melt in your mouth. The owners are very nice and often come to you... read more

Very UNPROFESSIONAL Proprietor – The food was perfectly prepared but the atmosphere was absolutely horrible due to the screaming of profanities by a very angry woman. I asked my server if she was a customer and she informed me that this foul-mouthed woman was in fact an owner of the establishment. I found her behavior unprofessional and unbecoming. She ruined what could have been a pleasant meal and I will never return. No wonder there is always a help wanted sign out front.

A great steak for a great price. – Cattletown is so wonderful. No silly shows like at Pinnacle Peak, just great beef, a great atmosphere, friendly service, and the prices are cheap for what you get. Always a pleasure eating there.

Not worth my time – We ate at Cattletown recently. The prime rib was awful. We ordered it medium rare and it came to the table well done. Upon inspection, I'm not even sure it was prime rib. Worst meat I've ever had.

wow! – the service was just awesome. the food from salad to potatoe to the steak was truly a mouth watering treat, cooked to your delight. we had 7 people in here and just barely reached the $150 mark, this includes several drinks, so the price is outstanding. if you don't like the menu, order your steak or prime rib by the ouonce, its $1 per ounce!!! i personally had 32 ounces of pure pleasure!!!!

Ribs – The ribs require much attention, they are the best I had while in Tucson. Tender, tasty, just the right amount of BBQ. The meat fell off the ribs. I was so pleased. The service was good and the setting is all wood and comfortable. Blue cheese dressing on the salad was great. The steak was very good and cooked to perfection. I will go back to Cattletown to eat again.
