The food was amazing! Our server seemed a little bit lost, and the atmosphere was acceptable. The food is the most important thing in my opinion and it was great!
Some staff lacks maturity. The service needs improvement. Food was not cooked as ordered. When asked how I want my burger cooked, I said "done", little to no pink. It was pink all the way through. I still ate it. But was not happy with how it turned out. Plus I think the meat quality was poor. They seasoned it heavily. I usually leave a tip no matter what. But this is probably the first time I didn't leave a tip. And what's with the wood chips all over a slick floor? Are they trying to get someone to slip?
