Called a couple months ago to get a pig butchered. Was told I was on the waiting list & it would be about 3-4 weeks. Never received any form of communication. I called again. Was told I would receive a call back from the actual butcher. Never did.
Robin was great ! Took me in short notice. Got my deer back way before I expected. With way more meat than I expected anyone to be able to get off of it. It was portioned great. I will go back every year.
In October of 2020, We were able to get two steers in immediately for butchering. 2021 has been a little more challenging as they have been swamped with deer and elk. Finally got one steer in Dec 1st hopefully the 2nd on soon.
