Salmon served semi raw. They recooked the same piece originally served which was reserved dry & had no taste of orange or bourbon. Broccoli with dinner was not cooked completely, was dry & had no seasoning. Italian zucchini was no more than sliced with marinara sauce. With all the aforementioned, no discount or comp was offered. Server & manager did apologize.
The employees (waitresses) need to go to etiquette school!
My experience at the Cattle Baron was sensational. The salad bar had the best fruit and vegetables I have tasted in years. My table of friends and family enjoyed the entrees magnificiently. Thank you staff.
Steaks you can cut with a fork and cooked perfectly to order, the country's best salad bar and desserts that taste heavenly.
I loved it!! The food was great!! Service was good, even though our server screwed up our bills she was happy and outgoing. Salad bar was good until they didn't have fresh cucumbers they were actually wilted and still on the salad bar!! I told a few workers but nothing was done about itThe next time my brother and his family went the same thing happened!! No fresh cucumbers available!! A little disappointing but I won't let it change my opinion of the food and great atmosphere.
Our eating experience there was great,,service was really good,,,they had pozole as a soup selection was delicious . It's been a while but still remember our visit there. We usually visit the one in Clovis New Mexico which is also fantastic
Bad service and food orders wrong all but two! Lost our whole families business over this experience tonight!
Service was ok but the quality of the food was not impressive. I ordered the ribeye cooked medium but When I got it, it was well done and dry. The rice pilaf was nothing special and the lettuce at the salad bar was turning brown. my steak was the special..garlic and butter on a 10oz ribeye and it was 22.00. It was not wort 10.00. I've had a better steak at ihop. This was our first and LAST time dining here.
