Cattaneo Electric Company was fantastic. Peter is extremely responsive which is greatly appreciated. I asked Peter to come in and change a couple of light fixtures at my parents house who are in their 80s. Peter discovered several electrical fire hazards and immediately too care of the problem. They were referred to us and I have now found our family electrician. Thank you to Peter and his crew for they great job they did. Very much appreciated.
I spoke with Peter Cattaneo on the phone briefly and later met him in person for about five-minutes. I was immediately turned off by his arrogance (as if he's God's gift to electricity). I'm giving him two stars only because his subordinate partner was super nice and didn't have a chip on his shoulder. To be fair, Peter may be an outstanding electrician, but I would not hire him just based on his personality alone.
This company is a joke. The bill was itemized like I was at a hospital. Nickle and dimed to death with every item from self-tap screws to wirenuts listed with quantities and prices for each. I understand these things cost money, but don't completly over inflate them to justify a overpriced quote. These are items I have bought myself and have in my garage, and I know full well that they don't cost half as much as what he is listing them on his invoices.
