Very pleased with service so far.
We’ve been having a great experience with Cat’s Eye. Every person we have dealt with has been knowledgeable, professional and given us guidance on getting and keeping the flying squirrels, bats and mice out of the house. Jake did a complete assessment inside and outside the house (including identifying the flying squirrel that ran in front of us while he was with us in the attic). Justin did an excellent job in servicing our concerns
Catseye Pest Control have the nicest people working for them. Today Justin performed a check of all the traps around the perimeter of my house and explained everything he did. Everyone who has been to my house is so friendly and pleasant. I definitely recommend Catseye if you have a problem with pest.
My initial experience was great - they came out and put down boxes & traps. I was told that they didn't bait the traps so that the rodents would feel comfortable around them & they would come back in a week to bait them. It's been 2 weeks - no call. I called & was told that I must wait for a call back. I was hoping that a return visit appointment would have been made as promised but it hasn't. This is not an inexpensive addition to our monthly budget & I am very disappointed.
