Great experience. I have an elderly cat who needed to be seen today and even though they don’t normally take new patients on Saturday they took him anyway. My vet of almost 30 years could not be bothered to try to get us in. I will definitely be coming to this veterinarian from now on.
I couldn't recommend Dr. Vani, Dr. Reagan, and the entire staff at Cats Vet enough. We recently had to make the difficult decision to let our sweet Nellie go. From the time we found out she was sick until the end, we were treated with nothing but patience and compassion from the entire staff. We have the upmost trust in this practice and will continue to take our other kitties here for their veterinary care. We've been to a couple of other vets as we've moved around, and Cats is by far superior. Thank you, everyone ❤️🐾
I took in a stray and spent nearly $500 here, they were all very nice. 2 days later my cat is sick and the receptionist was VERY VERY rude. They Wanted to charge me another office visit plus medicine fees after TWO DAYS. My cat probably got sick there. They wouldn’t even let me speak with a vet or vet tech. They don’t care about the animals. It’s all about the money.
As a veterinary student who saw this facility behind-the-scenes, I can confidently recommend this clinic. The veterinarians and technicians are kind and skilled, the quality of medicine practiced is top-notch, and the patients are handled with gentleness and understanding of feline behavior.
