I have wanted permenent eyebrows for years. I was so nervous about getting a tattoo. I have to say that Cat made me feel so comfortable and explained the process as she went along. It is so awesome to wake up with brows go to sleep with brows and have brows after a day in the pool. I am so glad I finally did it. Thanks so much Cat. Your the Best!

Highly recommend Cat's Eye. Cat is professional, talented, friendly and incredibly accommodating. She has done my lashes for several years and I've never been disappointed. I've had many acquaintances ask about my lashes and several have now become satisfied clients. Cat also did permanent brows and I was thrilled with the results.
