Great center! This our very first cat and they were kind and informative. Our cat is hit or miss with catnip, but the dental chews they suggested drive her crazy! She loves them.
Dr Fligiel is the reason why I had Tiger for so long. She was the best, both with Tiger and with me. Tiger lived to be 27 because of her great care. She even helped me make the tough decision to let him go when it was time.
I absolutely love Cats Exclusive! Both our kitties have been there and they were treated so well that I'll never go anywhere else. In fact, I recommended a friend to Cats Exclusive just a couple weeks ago and she's already visited with her kitty. She had had traumatizing experiences with other vets and she loved you guys just like I do. She said that her kitty was the most relaxed he's ever been with strangers.
I’ve been bringing my cats to Cats Exclusive since the early eighties. Needless to say they have never let me down. My present cat has some chronic health issues and they keep her healthy. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
We have been taking our kitties to Cats Exclusive for almost 15 years, and we are extremely happpy with the facility, the staff, and the quality of care our pets receive. I used to take them to a vet where we would encounter dogs, birds, and other kinds of animals, and our cats would get very anxious from the noises and smells. Me too! It is calm and quiet at Cats Exclusive. We see Dr Mattick, and we ADORE her!
Although I have never been to the clinic, I live in Bourbonnais Illinois with my 7 cats, your website is very informative as well as your Facebook posts related to cat health issues. Plus I work at the University of Chicago with a young Dr Wackerbarth. Love cat only clinics. Wish I had one closer than 60 miles.
It's a bit slow, but the cats and I were very comfortable in a room. Clean, lots of space to relax and be cats. Plenty of exploring! Initial exam was in this room, then the dudes were taken one at a time for ear swabbing and other tests. What a nice way to deal with something unpleasant. Medicines were ready, check out was easy, everything was very organized! Great shopping area for treats and toys etc.
