terrible service. ever since dr. g left they have been horrible. losa is nasty as hell, they charge you for additional services because they don't do it correctly the first time and the new director lynn has a terrible attitude. do no recommend taking any animal there. they have to have an armed guard posted on the premises all the time because they have so many angry customers.
Prices are relatively decent but not worth the hassle of dealing with rude prejudicial staff members.
Sorry but bo one has NEVER called me back... it has been a year that I have left messages..
