Catrina helped us find our new home in California a year ago this year. She was immensely helpful with coordinating plans when we were visiting from out of state, helped us schedule, toured homes for us via Facetime, and helped us navigate the different housing situations within California that all were new to us. I cannot recommend Catrina enough. She was wonderful to work with, flexible, and attentive to the ever changing thoughts we had when moving through our home search.

Catrina helped us sell one house several years ago and buy a replacement home. She just helped us sell that home and buy a another replacement home. She worked hard to over several months to get the deals closed to our complete satisfaction. Having Catrina as my dad's realtor was a pivotal moment for me. She was presented this year with an opportunity to represent, and sell his home under an unusual circumstance. What some could interpret as an impossible circumstance, with road blocks that threatened the completion of this transaction.
