Would give 0 stars if I could. Still waiting an hour AFTER my appointment time. Literally the only person waiting. No other patients have came in or gone out. Worst medical experience ever. Incompetent service.
Called to obtain immunization records for my child. Since she is adopted there was an issue with the last name. Very helpful, fast, and super friendly. I do recommend this facility!
I was very pleased with the service regarding my birth certificate. The young lady was very professional and polite.
