Heather went far above and beyond in working with my mother, even checking on her at home. She is skilled and passionate about her patients.
How many calls and emails do I have to send to get her to respond? The ex-husband uses her for our daughter, gave me her information, yet she has not responded to any of my communication. I guess she wants me to just show up?

Children came first. Going through an ugly divorce is terrible. Going through an ugly divorce with children caught in the middle is a living nightmare.
