Excellent Experiences. From the receptionist team, to the nurses and providers, I have always felt valued, heard, and cared for!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. If you are searching for a new provider and you come across these reviews, trust everyone who said they have waited for hours to be seen. My appointment was at 11:30. I finally walked out at 1:15 because I still was not seen. There were only three patients in the waiting room the entire time I was there. I've gone to CMG for years (35 years) and they are great-I can always get an apt and I'm always able to get my needs addressed quickly and efficiently. I feel like they really take the time to see you and help address any health issues. I've been very happy with their staff who are professional and friendly.
I am literally still waiting in the examine room waiting for my doctor, my appointment is at 11:20 and here i am at 12:20 still waiting?! Please answer me why?! Why did you over book and i am a patient has to take the consequences. I have job, i don’t have all day to sit and wait!!!!
