This medical group USED to be very patient focused. Having returned after several years away I can only say how very disappointed I am. There seems to be ZERO communication there. The front desk booked me an appointment for a service they DON'T EVEN PROVIDE. When the LPN informed me of that (after I was checked in so they could bill my insurance) I stopped the appointment and left. I am really disappointed with the service here lately. I have been a patient for over 30 years. I have left numerous messages on the non urgent nurse vm and have never been called back. the personalization of care has really suffered here in the last few visits. By the time they diagnose me I could be dead. I think they are all over worked. it's all about the mighty $$.. I may have to look for another Dr. soon. one who cares....some one has dropped the ball. Best in town. Been seeing Dr Krantz since he started here about 30 years ago and Esther Oney for about 7-8 years.
I've gone here all of my life they have always been an amazing set of doctors and nurses and always do more than needed.
The people there have been great to me and go above and beyond what most doctors office do. 5 star care
