Ive been a client for 20 years. Got a call about an appointment told I had to pay all upfront this time. I said well I guess Ill have to cancel and the response "ok" then I said maybe Ill have to find a dentist who accepts my insurance and the response "ok". I found this odd after 20 years no one ever told me of a policy shift with a more friendly attitude. Well "OK" I guess 20 years of loyal patient support doesnt matter any more.
