Not happy with service. My mom in-law got a new ac from them 4 years ago. Of course a major part goes bad. They not only made them wait, because we fill like it was due to being under warranty, they charged top dollar for replacement (only the part was covered). They ran in and out and told her they would mail the bill. A few days later, she gets a bill for almost a thousand dollars to replace a coil and fill with freon.
