This was myself and my sisters first visit to this Cato’s in The Colony. We had an awesome experience and found so many cute and reasonably priced items. We had so much fun. Hats off to Ambrey; her customer focus was off the chart. She was so very kind and so very helpful. I would definitely visit again and definitely refer family and friends!
I walked in, absolutely no one bothered to greet me. I was never asked If I needed help, I had an arm load of clothes to try on but no one bothered to talk to me at all. So I put everything back and walked out. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Too bad because I was really interested in some of those pieces of clothing for an upcoming international trip.
Wonderful staff! Everyone that works here is the best 🫶🏽
