We found Catlin online in 2020 and, after meeting Jay, trusted our gut and hired them for our upstairs renovation. Our first impression was exactly who Jay and his team proved to be over the project - hardworking, honest, easy to work with, and deliver a beautiful and high quality finish. Jay is transparent about timelines, costs and is extremely fair. Catlin renovated our entire house in two separate stages. In both projects they kept to the agreed upon schedule and budget, and had great communication on progress through phone, email, and their app. They also provided a detailed cost breakdown throughout the project, and honoured their warranty for a few minor issues. Overall very trustworthy, which unfortunately is rare in the renovation business. Would recommend for anyone looking to renovate their home.
