My experience renting through Marilyn Catlett was extremely disappointing. Throughout my two-year tenancy, I paid my rent on time, every time, and tried to address concerns about the property, including flooring issues, electrical switches, an outside spigot, and poorly installed tile floors with major grout issues. Not even trying to sell my house. I should have ended the contract when I had to get get the sign 2 weeks after we signed the contract and the only one she had was covered in bird shit. It took her 2 months to get it online and then only had 10 terrible pictures. Shes only shown it 3 times in 6 months. Absolutely terrible. If I could give negative stars I would.
Marilyn is awesome..when I rented from her she was fair and honest. Because of this my boyfriend decided to buy a home he decided to go with Marilyn as his agent...she was fair and up front, when looking at houses she showed us what she knew of in what we where looking for. She is a straight shooter and tells you what you need to know and not what you want to hear. If she feels it's not going to work she will tell you. I lived one of her properties before I moved when I moved back I need a place to live she hurried up and help me find a place to stay she had a rentals come open she got helped me get in right away she is willing give her shirt off her back if you give her respect
