Poor ownership business etiquette from Catina who forgot and can't remember that I just had my house cleaned two weeks ago, when she sent me a text saying that she was sending her new cleaning lady out to clean.....again. Not only that, I was never told that a different and new young lady was coming who couldn't speak a word of English, not a word. How is anyone suppose to communicate with someone who only speaks Spanish? Plus when the new girl left after 1 hour of cleaning, stood out front of my house and smoked a cigarette... read more
