Amazing service fast reliable such a family oriented company I love them
They do amazing work here and are so kind! I had a vintage brooch turned into a ring, and they did a great job. Rushed it at no charge since I was late for a birthday. Highly recommend for any jewelry needs.
Unfortunately my last few experiences with Kathe’s haven’t been great. I love supporting small businesses and the location was very central. I seem to always need to have something repaired, and brought in 2 orders this past year. The first was a Tiffany’s Bracelet, a Chanel pin and balmain hair clip. I came back a few weeks later and somehow none of it was fixed- they did it then and had it back to me the next day (unfortunately the clasp on the bracelet was still broken and I lost the bracelet).
