Very mediocre and shady prices and games
I went to another jeweler who didn’t provide a particular service and they recommended this place. I called to get a quote on the phone and they told me that they were busy and to text them for a quote. I reached out several times and they either didn’t respond and when they finally responded it was a vague answer and they never responded to my follow up question. No attention to detail! I took my david yurman stack charm necklace in with the diamonds that fell out. They didnt note that I provided diamonds and put cheap foil stones in the piece. I got my necklace back with my diamonds still in the bag. I took it back and they switched the stones out. I took my necklace home and noticed they put the charms on the necklace in the wrong order (the end of the necklace is soldered so they dont slide off so I cant rearrange them without another repair). Beware.
