No attention to detail! I took my david yurman stack charm necklace in with the diamonds that fell out. They didnt note that I provided diamonds and put cheap foil stones in the piece. I got my necklace back with my diamonds still in the bag. I took it back and they switched the stones out. I took my necklace home and noticed they put the charms on the necklace in the wrong order (the end of the necklace is soldered so they dont slide off so I cant rearrange them without another repair). Beware.
