I have no idea how she has active license. She listed a home in seatac for 540k. Got an offer right away and she shared all offers with every agent who contacted her. She tanked the price by making the house an open auction. Finally accepted an offer 100k more thank asking and owner accepted. She canceled a scheduled showings and waiting for signature.
