Made an appointment 3 months ago and today 4 hours prior to my scheduled appointment they called to tell me she refuses to honor the appointment and to find another Dr. Very unprofessional and unethical. She should be ashamed she calls herself a Dr. This was even more traumatizing coming off major surgery just 24 days ago for a total knee replacement and 3 weeks out from my cardiologist appointment for an enlarged aorta! Now I may have to wait several more months for my medical needs! Zero Stars 0
Dr. Tong was referred to me and my husband from our doctor who moved to another state. We are very impressed with our " new" doctor. She is kind, caring and compassionate. She takes time to listen and does not rush at all. She has a very uplifting personality and the office has a happy vibe! The staff is great!
