I can’t recommend Cathy enough, her knowledge of property, the area, buying, selling, everything is absolutely phenomenal! We met cathy back in 2012 and she made us feel so welcome and so comfortable, this was a huge step for us buying a home nearly 4,000 miles away from home and she made it like a walk in the park ! Cathy and her team helped me selling my house in Orlando. They are very responsive and have excellent negotiation skills. I suggest seller to do their own research regarding expecting and deciding the price. Cathy's team had suggested me less price that whatever was in my mind. I insisted to list it for my price and got a very good deal - way more that her team's suggestion.
