Seemed like a nice lady at first when i was trying to become a new patient. Denied service because the only way she could accept service is if the forms were filled out in person. I attempted to email, text in multiple forms and she said I wasnt cooperating. She originally advised she could potentially accept this way but had trouble opening and denied service. Very disappointing for someone who is looking for help. She sent me a message saying i had a bad attitude when i asked her if she received the forms.

Cathy Smith is great. She is kind,compassionate,knowledgeable and will help you to find yourself and help you to grow. She give you the tools and helps you to get through whatever difficulty you are struggling with at the time. Life is definitely not easy and I am so greatful Cathy is in mine to help me along my path.
