This review is for the office of Dr. Riker. As they have made a mess of the referral process, which delayed my medical care and completely wasted WEEKS of my time. THEY WASTED WEEKS OF MY TIME JUST TO TELL ME THEY WON’T ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS WHEN THEY INITIALLY SAID THEY WOULD! They couldn’t even have the decency to APOLOGIZE. Felt like I was being interviewed by a detective! A delightful detective. One of the first MD/s who took my symptoms seriously. She, her staff, and the Crane site staff are compassionate, great communicators, fast and effective. My GP sent me here, it's the best!
Dr Riker saved my life. She is an amazing doctor, a compassionate person, incredibly smart, very dedicated. I am incredibly lucky that she has been my doctor for 15 years.
