So disappointed with Cathy’s. After patronizing her business for 20 years, I am finally done. The quality is absolutely sub-par but I continued to come for convenience. I left for maybe 3 years and when I returned a few months ago, Cathy and the staff were nice as ever but there was something wrong each time I went. Today, the polish I chose and paid extra for was empty, instead of telling me they continued to use it on my nails which are very spotty.
