Cathy is a hard working individual. The preparation, listing and finally selling our house was remarkable. She said she would sell it in 30 days. It sold in 28. We had 2 offers at the same time. Cathy really listens! Within about 15 minutes of talking with her, she understood exactly what we were looking for in a new home. She made shopping for a house fun!
