My experience was an appointment with Dr. Cathy Braswell. Unlike all of the other appointments at the Collierville location, I found a doctor today who was not interested in why I made the appointment and did not address any concerns I had. When I requested a prescription I had received on two other occasions, she said it was not in my records.
