Grateful that I found a local, low-fee Yoga class here. Attended my first session this morning and was very satisfied with the experience. Irma is a great instructor. She skillfully included gentle stretching, breathing therapy, and mindfulness to the class. She also provided me with a nice mantra for focusing: "I'm at peace".
