Ok so I want to say WOW what a amazing doctor's office. I can probably go on and on on the staff the doctor. Very clean environment very professional and I have the most respect for every individual that works on her team. I have been in and out of pain specialist for awhile reading to just find the one. I found it, they listen and care. DR.Lou actually takes the time to sit down and listen give her recommendations and see how I feel about other options. I don't know who's working the front desk now but its so hard to get intouch with anyone. When I first start going to her office it was so easy to speak to contact because the first lady answered the calls but now it horrible
Would t go back if my life depended on it. First chance they get you they will bend you over take every dime you have and then totally never call you back or help you in any way. I work and when they call for a pill count it’s allways when your at work so you get a choice leave work be a point or lose your job or get the medication you need. Not so far if you ask me
Doctor Luo is absolutely amazing. She actually listens to her patients and has a conversation about all the options for pain control. I cannot recommend her enough
Referral was denied because I am apparently “too young” to receive care here. I am 23 with several chronic illnesses that cause severe pain. I was never called or notified in any way that my referral was denied either, I had to call twice to find this out and they were not nice or empathetic at all about it. I really don’t recommend this place, you can’t be too young to be in pain.
