I paid almost $200 for them to do my taxes and my girlfriend's taxes. They made a mistake on both of our bank account numbers. We had to contact our bank and the IRS, it was a headache. The IRS eventually had to mail a paper check in 5-6 weeks. Cathy Boyd offered No refund or atleast a "we'll do your taxes for free next year because of our mistake"... This place doesn't do anything special. Just go somewhere that will do your taxes right and won't cause such a delay... Or do it yourself on turbo tax for free so you can make ... read more
