Cathy Beckett is absolutely amazing! She helped us not only find our forever home but sold our other home incredibly fast and smoothly helping us not pay for both houses. Cathy was amazing from the first conversation I had until the final closing! Cathy was our seller's agent in October 2025. She is a lovely person and an excellent real estate agent. We would highly recommend her. We wanted to sell our house in Fairfax rather quickly. Cathy was incredible and extremely helpful with my brother and I in buying our condo. As first-time home buyers, Cathy’s expertise and knowledge were invaluable and made the process very expedient and manageable, allowing us to find a condo that met both our needs and was within our range. She was able to walk us through the entire process, from finding our condo all the way down to closing, making sure we got all the information we needed and was always available to answer any questions we had.
