I have worked with Cathy Beckett prior in a different capacity, so when it came time to find a house for myself, my husband, and our growing family, hers was the first name I called. From start to finish, Cathy walked us through the process and made us feel comfortable with any and all decisions and next steps. She listened to our needs and found some great houses to view before we finally came upon a lovely end-unit townhouse. You can tell that she really loves working with people and helping them find their perfect homes. ... read more
I met Cathy by chance and I was completely sold by her positive attitude, industry knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to get things done! She guided me every step of the way and placed me in the hands of consummate professionals who made my dream of home ownership an absolute reality. I strongly recommend Cathy to anyone considering buying or selling. She is an absolute gem in the industry!
Cathy was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made selling my Arlington condo this summer as stress free as she could despite the challenging condo market. Her expertise, thoughtful guidance, and constant communication gave me complete confidence throughout the process. She provided me with a clear, data-driven pricing & marketing strategy, offered great staging tips to maximize my space. I am incredibly grateful for her and would enthusiastically recommend Cathy to anyone selling in Arlington!
It's hard to put into words what an absolute pleasure it was to work with Cathy on the selling of our home of 20+ years and the buying of our new home. Cathy is dedicated, hard working, and possibly the nicest realtor you will ever meet. She made the entire process easy and stress free. If you're in the market for a new home, having Cathy on your team will be the best decision you've ever made.
Cathy is a top notch realtor I highly recommend. Her decades of experience as a realtor is self-evident helping and supporting her clients. She is responsive and impeccably professional. I can always count on her recommendations. Her attributes were evident as I relied on her making home improvements and finding a good tenants in timely manner for the house as I was stationed in another state.
