We lost some time with our initial realtor when we listed our house for sale because they listed it too high. We ended our contract with them and met and signed a contract with Cathy on a Monday. On Thursday she called us with an offer from a buyer! Cathy has answered all our questions and been available to us throughout this process. We had the worst experience with Cathy Armstrong. She represented us as a seller's agent. She made an already sad and stressful situation completely miserable. She was notified, up front, that I had to live in the residence for the first week it was on the market. When I couldn't accept every showing request, she yelled at me over the phone asking what my problem was. I tried to explain to her that I had 3 dogs, no place to go and it was winter. When we first talked with Cathy and put our home on the market, we thought that we made a great choice for a selling agent. I was working out of state at the time so my wife was left to work with Cathy on the sell of our home. My wife was not treated with the respect that she deserved by Cathy. I am still disgusted by the way my wife was talked too by this so called professional agent! Cathy did little to no work on our behalf and walked away with almost $12,000.
