Best realtor hands down. Got me my house for below asking price in a market where everything is going well above asking. Also, she stayed during the entire home inspection and got me $10k in concessions toward closing costs. She also got the seller to pay warranties for all my appliances in the house and negotiated with the seller to leave thousands of dollars worth of nice furniture behind.
