My friends and I rented a house from her. She was late to meet us, upon arrival home was very dirty and had bugs. When we called to inquire if she could come address issues she arrived five hours later very upset we bothered her and she was very drunk. Actually surprised she was out driving. Only positive was the dog with her was cute.
